Concluding agreements with Axoft.
Service agreements with Axoft are concluded in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation by accepting (accepting) the terms of the agreement in full and unconditionally (Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). The publication of forms of agreements on the official website of Axoft (hereinafter referred to as the Website) is an offer to conclude an agreement (offer).
The conclusion of the contract is made by joining the form of the contract as a whole, by accepting (accepting) the terms of the contract without any conditions, exceptions and reservations.
The acceptance of the terms of the contract (acceptance) is considered to be the completion of an application for the provision of services on the Site
and subsequent advance payment for the ordered services on the terms of the relevant Agreement.
Subject to the conclusion procedure established in the contract, the contract is considered concluded in a simple written form (clause 3 of article 434 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).
